    University Sub: Application seeking permission for dropping semester with refund of tuition fees. Dear Sir, I, Mohammad Nasif Kamal, am a student of the department of CSE. In this semester (Spring 2006) I am registered with the courses CSE207, EEE380, MAT201 and MAT301. From June 23, 2006 I am suffering from typhoid and yet to recover. I planned to continue with my studies. But my recovery is taking long. Under these circumstances I would like to withdraw myself from the courses. It will be very helpful for me and my parents if I can avail the refund of tuition fees. Now I hope and pray that you would be kind enough to grant my application for withdrawal of semester with refund of tuition fees.
