Level 2 - Comprehension

Can learners explain information? Comprehension includes: (1) translation, (2) interpretation, (3) extrapolation Learners are expected (1) to communicate information of an idea in a different form or (2) to grasp the meaning of an idea and be able to explain it or see its relationships.
