SUBJECT: APPEAL TO HEAD OF LIBRARIES IN LAGOS STATE

Reference: attendance of members of the Chapters Functions.

We write to appreciate your continued effort towards the development

of this Chapter. However, we have noticed that most members do not
attend functions and some of them who came do so late. For instance
at the last annual general meeting in December, the election had to be
postponed to February 21st 2007 due to poor attendance.-+

It is with the intent to correct anomaly that we are imploring to please

release members in your establishment and monitor their attendance.

While counting on your Leadership role to seeing this Chapter progress

this year, we are also promising you a program that we shall all be
justifiable proud of.
