    click

    Choose the sequences from several organism

    Pick any sequence from several organism you wish to align

    Choose the sequences from several organism

    click

    Get the FASTA format for each sequence

    Choose the sequences from several organism

    Copy each sequence and paste it to Notepad

    Choose the sequences from several organism

    This will be the result of your sequence in FASTA format

    Do the online alignment by loading the sequences on EMBL EBI website

    Use the online tool called ClustalW2 in EMBL EBI website

    Load the sequences that you have saved before

    This will be the result of the online alignment

    For off line alignment, use the ClustalX 1.81 software

    Click Alignment on the menu, and click Do Complete Alignment
