Green peas - 100 gm Cauliflower(small) - 1 no Beans - 50 gm Carrot(big) - 1 no Potato - 1 no Oil - 1 tbsp Aniseed(Perinjeerakam) - 1/2 tsp Onion(big) - 1 no Green chillies

- 2 nos (slit into long pieces) Ginger - 1" (slit into long pieces) Garlic - As reqd (slit into long pieces) Fresh coconut milk(thick) - As reqd Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp Salt - As reqd Garam masala - A pinch Coriander leaves - For garnishing

1)Cook green peas, beans, carrot and potato along with salt and water till it is almost done. 2)Steam cauliflower separately for 5 minutes. 3)Heat oil in a pan and add aniseeds. 4)Add garlic, ginger & green chillies. 5)When it is done, add onions and fry till golden brown. 6)Add all the powders and saute for a while. 7)Add a little salt. 8)Add all the cooked vegetables. 9)Pour coconut milk and when the bubbles start coming, switch off the flame. 10)Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves. :- Serve with appam, chapathi etc.
