Police Impersonation Sexual Assault


On September 28, 2011, officers were dispatched to 4500 block of N. Irving St. on a nature unknown. While en-route, it was advised this was an attempt sexual assault report. Upon arrival, the victim reported that she was waiting for the bus, in the area of W.32nd Avenue and Federal Blvd., when a Dark Blue Mercedes Benz 4 door with tinted windows pulled up with a male driver. He rolled down the passenger window, told her he was a police officer, and told her to get into the car. He reached behind his back where she thought he was going to produce a gun; however a weapon was not seen. The suspect transported the victim over into an isolated area near 45th Ave. and N. Irving St where he sexually assaulted her. The victim was able to get away and called the police. The suspect was described as a White male, 35 years old, 511, 190lbs, light colored eyes, balding or short cropped hair, wearing a dark baseball cap, dark colored button up shirt and dark pants.
