I totally disagree both lessons.

1. Embassy never appoints San Oo as authorized agent for passport renewal & tax
payment.
2. More importantly, How can we say Myanmar fellow who take agent services LAZY to
go Embassy personally (Just half day to Q at Embassy)?
It is clear that the person who provoke does not know well the procedure of passport
renewal & tax payment. For pp renewal & tax payment, you have to go to Embassy at
least 3 or 4 times separately. We cant effort to waste our precious Annual Leave for such
kind of things while agent can precede the entire process
requesting us to go only half day to go to Embassy.
In Singapore, we even as foreigner are not required to go many times like this to any of
the government office.

LESSON:
Myanmar Embassy is the most responsible BODY for this cheating. Knowing MM citizens
cant not come frequently, they purposely implement this tedious procedure and force the
tax payers to approach to agent who give them certain share.
As long as they maintain current unreasonable procedure, we still have to take agent
service and San Oo will not be the last person cheating money.
The only way to prevent is that Embassy should revise tax paying procedure to be
finished within one day.
I feel really sorry for those who are being cheated. I can feel how they will suffer mentally
& physically for their hard earn money, time and planning trip.

San Oo (26 Year old) Myanmar Embassy tax service run away with S$100K for 42
Myanmar people.
Concludion:
All passports retained from Cheater San Oos mother.
This hardcopy letter (Attached) was distributed to all Myanmar shop in Peninsular Plaza.
The cheater san oo worked for Shwe Thadar Pte.Ltd. (111 North Bridge Rd #0445A,Peninsula Plaza, Singapire 179098) . The real owner of Shwe Thadar Pte Ltd is not
happy with this letter because their shop "Shwe Thadar" become Bad and another shop
"The Pye Nu" become Good name. Both shop having ownership of Cheater San Oo. ....
