As an educators, we will handle students; those learners who are attributed with different behavioral changes.

There are lots of stages that might come in their way, learned responses and habits, a process of behavior potentials; moreover, those changes in their lives might come your way as an educator. Then thereof, it is how we, educators will arrive on how to handle a client, the way he does, the approach he used to be. Afterwards, the scene will be similar to a business relationship between the educator and the students. It is true that behavioral changes are the result of ones experience or practice. Behind individual characteristics and differences are the chronicles written in the palm of each student. Their stories wont stop in just mere observation in the four corners of the classroom. The question there is, Who are they outside? Their attitudes might be the result of their conquest in the dilemma of life when they are with their family, parents, peers, and classmates. There are advantaged learner, disadvantaged one, slow learner, the gifted, emotionally disturbed, and the physically handicapped student. Each of one has their own characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses; and part of it is the affective phase of the emotional strata. Different behaviors will be integrated in the different learning situations. We brought to believe on how a child develops regarding the process of changes. We came into a conclusion that there are respective explanations on how we think, feel and behave. On the other hand, our views are limited. We had boundaries on how we will think of something; we are stock on the beliefs and theories of others. I do believe that every man is a philosopher having its own view in life. Then therefore, I can inscribe my own theory based on the experiences and observations I had undergone.
