You have been hired into a new sales poition with a medium size company.Your first few weeks are spent at the Companys main office.There you are learning about the Companys Divisons,the product it will sell,the territory you will cover.While the Company has great sales course,management has fond it benificial to out source Communication skill training.This can be in area of Speaking,Writing,Listining (or a combination of two or more).Your manager asks you to analyze the impact of such tarining on communication skill and on the job.
