    RESOLVED
    1, That Mr Daniel Sosome is hereby resigned as a shareholder in the company DIAL-A-DOP (PTY) LTD 2, That the remaining shareholder of DIAL-A-DOP (PTY) LTD shall be Mr Baodiretse Baatshwana 3, That Mr Baodiretse Baatshwana being the Chairman of DIAL-A-DOP (PTY) LTD shall sign all documents to effect the alteration of all the relevant documents with the Register of Companies. 4, There has been no other business and the meeting declared closed
