Acquisition of Huntleigh Technology PLC by Getinge AB Group of Sweden

The acquisition of Huntleigh Technology PLC by Getinge AB Group of Sweden was

completed in January 2007.

It is anticipated that the combination of Huntleigh and Getinge will deliver an

improved product and service offering to customers globally, and allow greater
innovation in the extended product range. Total annual revenues of the new Group
are expected to exceed US$ 2 billion, and will represent a major player in the
global medical equipment marketplace.

There are clearly areas of synergy and integration to be explored, but the
operations and activities of the Huntleigh Middle East Office and it’s network of
Distributors in the Middle East/Gulf Region will continue unchanged for the
foreseeable future.

Supported by the significantly extended resources of the Getinge AB Group, we
