• Ownership of the HR portal and the newsletter
• Design, Implementation and Analysis of the Employee sat survey
• Keyman risk analysis and retention strategies
• Design of an Employee relations strategy including
o BU / team level interventions
o Working with groups
o Monthly events
• Design and implementation of employee initiatives designed towards employee
engagement and ultimately leading towards culture building
 These would be initiatives which are typically aimed towards
retention / employee engagement
 Initiatives that are one off in nature, impacting small teams,
affecting day to day operations
