UFONE (GSM) RF Planning & Optimization: I got training from 7th of July, 2008 to 15th of September, 2008 in RF Planning & Optimization. In which I moved with the TSS team to survey and plan the cell site. We used to plan cells on the software known as MapInfo and set the coverage area by setting the azimuthal angles .In remote sites we give tilt to RF Antenna is 2 degree and for the urban sites its 4degree.I also got my first week in NSS where we solve the technical problems which subscriber is facing by implementing a process called knocking test.In BSS I used to move to sites with my team where we solve the problems which BTS is facing.
