    COUNT 1 THE GRAND JURORS of the State of Tennessee, duly selected, empanelled, sworn and charged to inquire in and for the body of the County of Shelby, in the State aforesaid, upon their oath, present that: RICHARD L. HODGES Between the dates of May 15, 2011 and May 28, 2011 in Shelby County, Tennessee and before the finding of this presentment, did unlawfully and intentionally while a public servant, solicit, accept, or agree to accept a pecuniary benefit upon an agreement or understanding that the public servants vote, opinion, judgment, exercise of discretion or other action as a public servant would thereby be influenced, in violation of T.C.A. 3916-102, against the peace and dignity of the State of Tennessee.
