PROCEDURE FOR TTO

Buyer and Seller sign and seal Contract including banking coordinates and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable and MUST not be changed. The executed SPA is lodged in their respective banks.

Seller and/or its assigned move and clears loaded NNPC vessel to Cotonou International waters. All expenses shall be invoiced to the Buyer for full refund upon satisfactory Q and Q Inspection.

Seller or its assigned issues Copies of Cargo docs and instructs the Captain to turn on the transponder for Buyers confirmation.

Buyer upon positive confirmation immediately conducts Q&Q inspection. Buyer upon satisfactory confirmation of the Q&Q inspection report within 24 hours effects into the sellers account cash backed Documentary Letter of Credit for entire cargo, and refunds Sellers cost for moving and clearance to Cotonou International waters and commences Warranty of title processing. Final payment is effected via Swift KTT Wire Transfer of 100% payment for cargo to sellers agent, facilitators and all the intermediaries bank accounts (as specified in the SPA) simultaneously against agreed shipping and cargo documents (see list of documents required below) submitted by the seller through his bank. Buyer places full charter on loaded vessel with vessel owners at the authorization of the seller. Vessel sail to buyers destination port.
