Enabling SSL for Email Response 1 Change the Communications Drivers and Profiles

Navigate>Site Map>Administration - Communication>Communications Drivers and Profiles

Select the profile to change Add new Profile Parameters Overrides for that profile Name Enable SSL for POP3 Enable SSL for SMTP POP3 Server Port Value TRUE TRUE 995

Repeat for each profile that needs to use SSL. For the - SME profiles, only add the SMTP parameters. Do not add the POP3 parameters.

2 Stop and start the Communications Inbound Receiver


Navigate>Site Map>Administration Server Management>Servers

3 Back out the SSL changes


Remove the parameters added from step 1 and repeat step 2.
