HUMAN RESOURCES As a member of Colgate's HR team you will play an important part in hiring, deve loping and retaining

our employees and in designing and supporting programmes as we strive to build leadership and Become the Best Place to Work. Responsibilities include competitive analysis, costing and funding of pla ns, external reporting, vendor management and plan administration Partner with line organisations to recruit the best talent. Develop sourcing str ategies and advise hiring team regarding qualifications and salary recommendatio ns Develop and support cutting-edge human resources technology, systems, databases and computer support tools
