Lord of the rings : The movie in light of human character

Browsing through the history of cinematography, few movies stand out as pillars of timeless perfection raising the criteria beyond any measure, representin g monumental sculptures of the modern movie industry. One of these giants is the trilogy Lord of the rings , a movie based on the novels of J.R.R Tolkien. Lead by the common philosophical battle between good and evil the story in the movie is based on the fictive world Middle Earth, a magical world of mythologica l races like Elves, Orcs, Hobbits, Wizards, Tree giants and many others. Even th ough the roots of the story are imagined and fictive ,in the heart of the story lays the main driving force of all intrigues, human imperfection and desire and hope to improve in the most difficult moments. As the story develops , acknowled ging us the deepest secrets of its world, the contrast between the dark forces o f evil and the alliance against them follows the parallel contrast of imaginary world opposed by the raw human nature. Pressed by the irreconcilable desire of t he dark side to change the status quo of neutrality, the races of Elves, Hobbits , Humans and Dwarfs create an alliance group , Fellowship of the ring ,with the purpo e of destroying the so called One ring . Following this group on their quest we are dr gged from region to region ,observing battles for territory and surviving as we also observe the inside battles of each character to maintain their focus on the proper cause dictated by their conscience with the irresistible selfish desire for power that provokes the most twisted and wicked attributes in their characte rs. Keeping our attention with this epic story by introducing a whole new intriguing world , but also by respecting the standards of the modern cinematography ,repr esenting the battle of good versus evil, this movie generates a strong message a bout the mankind. Although imperfect and superficial, our underestimated charac ter has a great potential for either positive or negative deeds depending on ou r mental toughness and will to maintain on the path highlighted by our clear con science and avoid the corrupted path of least resistant.
