After the revision of Pay and perks in the Defence forces, there is a remarkable increase in the number of applicants for the post of Commissioned officers in the defence forces such as a) Army b) Navy c) Air Force d) Cost Guard In order to filter out candidates not likely to make it after the four/five days in depth selection process, the board Officials conduct a SCREENING TEST to weed out the NOT SO LIKELY Candidates from the applicants. This process is much less in case of those candidates who qualify a written test and move to SSB Interviews. The SCREENING IN rate is as less as 25% ie out of 100 candidates only about 25 make it for the next stage of testing.
