Scheduler Configuration

1. The first step is to configure a schema that would hold all our scheduler tables. If you do not have a schema create or use an existing one. 2. Navigate to your {ORACLEBI}/Server/Schema folder and run the scheduler scripts. For the following tables 1.S_NQ_JOB 2. S_NQ_JOBPARAM 3. S_NQ_ERROR_MSG 4. S_NQ_INSTANCE 3. The next step is to open your Job Manager. Go to File > Configuration Options and enter the schema and connection details for the scheduler schema.

4. Go to the General tab and specify the Administrator usernames and passwords.

5. Go to the Mail tab and enter mail server details.

7. The next step is to run a crypto tools utility that would basically store the username and password. The command is {C:\OracleBI\server\Bin\cryptotools credstore add infile C:\OracleBIData\web\config\credentialstore.xml}

8. Start the Scheduler Services which enables the option to save Ibot.
