View or Hide Assignments and Grades on the Student/Parent Portal

Purpose: To perform a MASS UPDATE to view or hide assignments and grades on the Student/Parent Portal 1. Log into X2 2. Click the GRADEBOOK 3. Check the desired Course Courses can only be updated individually!

Click Assignment (side tab) Click OPTIONS Select MASS UPDATE

Select Field: Private

Select Value (Note: Value always displays blank when opening MASS Update window)

Assignment/Grades will SHOW on Student/Parent Portal.

Value is CHECKED

Assignments/Grades will NOT SHOW on the Student/Parent Portal. Assignments/Grades will NOT be calculated into the averages displayed on the Student/Parent Portal.

Click UPDATE. Based upon your selection appear:
