Dear Sir,

As per ur instrutions I have Uploaded the following file in ur ftp Site: All File Uploaded into /UPLOAD/1-1-468814338 Folder 1. Please collect verbose logs if the issue can't be solved. The procedure to ac hieve it is as follows: a. Edit entity.cfg to set LOG_level=0 b. Restart TMI sevice by typing ./tmi stop and ./tmi start under directory " /opt/trend/TMI" c. Wait for at least 5 minutes d. Go to "/opt/trend/TMI/DbgLog" to collect Verbose logs for Entity File Name : DbgLog.zip 2. Output of below commands, I'd like to check if any access permission problem existing. ls -lR /opt/trend/SMD/CMAgent ls -lR /opt/trend/TMI ls -lR /data >> /r.out ls -lR /opt/ibm/lotus File Name : console.out (combind command output file) 3. Some files: ps -ef TMI.cfg Entity.cfg current notes.ini current etc/smdsys.ini smdtemp/smdsupp2011-9-16.zip CDT output from TMCM server Other Config File: config_file.zip CDT Log file: CDT-20110916-170654
