The name of the Company is FAST FOODS LIMITED. The objects for which the Company is established are to carry on trade and business in Mauritius and other places in the world, namely; 1. To manufacture, fabricate, produce, transform and sell all alimentary and feeding products for human and animal consumption.

2. To carry on the business of bread makers, pastry makers and confectionery preservers, to purchase, build, acquire, take on lease, bread making, plant tea shop, bakers, oven, apparatus, and equipment of all kind and generally to carry on any other businesses which can be conveniently carried on in connection with the above or calculated directly or indirectly to enhance the Companys property or right.

3. To carry on business in poultry farming and poultry breeding in broiler chicken industry and animal farming generally, to purchase or build any types of chicken farms, to purchase all types of poultry, to process any sort of chicken, to operate canning plant, cold rooms and to do anything incidental to or connected with the broiler chicken industry.

4. To purchase, acquire, manufacture poultry and animal foodstuff.

5. To carry on all or any of the businesses of dealers in merchants, traders, in, exporters, importers and cultivators of fruits, vegetables, flowers, foodstuffs and any other vegetable and agricultural product and all other product of the soil, also to carry on in all their respective branches the businesses of planters, growers, cultivators, buyers and sellers.
