Roles and Responsibilties of Abha Shende as Business Head Water and Waste Water You shall obtain and

d execute business in the water,waste water and effluent treatment technologies,industrial process based technologies and or plants. Your responsibilities shall be as under: 1. Overall business head for the following businesses: a. Municipal water and waste water treatment plants and systems b. Industrial water and waste water treatment plants and systems, which will include thermal power plants as well c. Domestic water treatment products of Sinomem d. Sales of membrane products of Sinomem and Microdyn Nadir 2. All business development efforts in the above businesses. 3. Creation of teams for business development, tendering, proposal preparation and costing for above businesses. 4. Creation of teams for process design, civil design, estimation and procurement. 5. Creation of a separate trading business for domestic water treatment products with retail, industrial and municipal markets. 6. Interact with our foreign partners / principals for on technology transfer, training, adaption of technology to Indian condition. 7. Development of projects for municipal/ Government sector which will include assistance in preparation of tenders such as document preparation, cost estimation and meeting prequalification conditions. 8. Provide data on local costs for all components available in India. 9. Prepare construction schedules, cost budgets, financial budgets and manpower requirements for the project before start of the project execution. 10. Setting up an execution team for project execution. 11. Responsible for project execution within time and cost outlays. 12. Responsible for successful commissioning of the project in all respects including O&M of commissioned plant or equipment. 13. Provide technical assistance and support to our Principals, Suntar / Sinomem Singapore, Microdyn-Nadir, Germany and G.A.A.Gmbh, Germany.

14. Examining the feasibility and development of manufacturing facilities for domestic water treatment products, membranes and such products currently being manufactured by our Principals.
