Dear sir, This is with reference to our Housing Loan (A/c No. 64068287104) sanctioned for our Flat No. 201, the construction work is completed and we have planned to register the Flat on 20.10.2011 therefore we request you to release the remaining payment of our housing loan as per the Construction Agreement dated 24th Nov. 2010, the same already submitted to your office. Out of total sanctioned loan of Rs.19,55,000/- you have released Rs.13,00,000/- and now we request you to release the remaining loan amount of Rs.6,55,000/- at the earliest to the Builder Mr. S.R. Prem Kumar and oblige.
