Conclusion:
Today we went to the Chemistry lab, to learn many different things related with the spectrum and light. In the chemistry lab I was expected to learn a lot of light and the reactions, and I do a hypothesis related with this. Inside the Chemistry lab, a girl teaches us, or shows us a presentation, that she did, with the light. She uses the Bunsen burner, and different types of substances to show us the experiment. The experiment consist, that she had to, start the Bunsen burner, and put each one of the substances, and combine to see what color results of the combinations of those two things. The results were those that I was expected because, instead of I have fun with that, I learn a lot. And with the results we made a chart that shows the colors that each one of the substances done. And I learn a lot, and understood all the procedures to make a experiment like that in the Chemistry lab. And my hypothesis was correct, because I comprove it, making the experiment in the lab.

Complementary Task:
1. Were you able to see different colors for the metals? Why or why not?
- Yes because of the different properties and the spectrum emission.

2. What did you discover?

- That exist many different types of flames in those experiments, and different color reactions with the substances.

3. Was the color from the metal or the non-metal? How do you know?
- I think the metals,it has salts and also the atoms are evaporated, and the flame emits different type of colors.

4. What particles are found in the chemicals that may be responsible for the production of colored light?
- The Electrons

5. Why do different chemicals emit different color of light?

- Because of the composition that each one has.

6. Why do you think the chemicals have to be heated in the flame first before the colored light is emitted?
- To product the reaction between the flame and the chemicals.

7. Propose at least one possible method for improving the accuracy of the results in this lab experiment.
