Agent Commission Module

These are the steps to retrieve an agent’s booking records for the month:
1. Seleect the month
2. Enter a year
3. Select an Agent
4. Press the ‘Get!’ button
For example, for the month of February, 2008 for Agent Ana, The records are

:
To compute the commission (if any), check all the include check boxes you wish to consider in the
commission computation (quota). Press the Save button to save and compute for the commission.

For example, if we want to include all the event sales:

Check the ‘1st Commission released checkbox to indicate that the amount was already released. This will be
included as basis for ‘Return to Oasis’ in case of cancellation etc (if you decide to UNCHECK’ one (or
more) ‘Include’ checkbox.

NOTE: ALWAYS PRESS THE SAVE BUTTON TO SAVE CHANGES AND COMPUTE THE RESULTS!

If All the bookings are included and the agent reaches quota. The commission is computed based in the %
commission.
If the 1st 50% of the commission is already released and the first 3 payments for the second commission are
already released, The only way to get back the amount (in case you decide to exclude some of the bookings
from commission) is through the ‘return to OASIS’ field on the next payment (event date).

For example, you decide to exclude the last 4 events and the agent’s total sales falls below the quota, he/she
must return all the amount received in the next payment period:

If you decide to exclude only the last 2 events and sales is still within quota: The commission is re-
computed and the amount (1st half of the commission for the cancelled/excluded event)) should be returned
back to Oasis.
