DPP SME BANK

DPP SME Bank has 8 blocks occupied by students. DPP previously only occupied by female students. But starting last semester, residents of DPP SME Bank has been filled with both and the total is about 1614 people. DPP is headed by Mr. Muslims Wallang as principal and assisted by 7 vice-principals. For year 2011, students who stay in the DPP SME Bank is consist of male and female students because the administrators want to make reforms to ensure that DPP SME Bank is always be the top accommodation hall and popular among other students hall of residence in UUM. At this time, students from DPP SME Bank not only consist of COLGIS (College Of Law, Government and International Studies) students, but also populated from COB and CAS students.

Western Chants Competition

Western chants Competition held in January and involving 25 participants. The competition is organized by the Cultural and Arts Centre UUM. The theme for this time is 'UUM university management. Training is conducted for a week every night held at DPP SME Banks activity room. Even though lack of participants and instructors, but the DPP SME Bank still able to send women representatives to contest these chants.

Kedah 26th April 2011 (Tuesday) With the UUM stadium, Sintok as the venue, students from the DPP SME Bank, UUM, held a program called "Larian Amal Untukmu Palestine" aimed to educated the campus community with the cruelty of the Zionist occupation regime over the indigenous Palestinian population also aimed to collect funds and donations to be channeled to the people of Palestine. The charity program which commenced at 7.45 p.m. was filled with events such as aerobics and a run around the track by about 150 male and female students of the DPP SME Bank, UUM.
