Late Reflections: Narrows of the Harpeth State Park Artist: J. Scott Coile Is it just me, or am I seeing double?

Is it the real me, or just a fake copy? (Or replicate) The likeness, so true Or the imitation, a lie? The waters of time start to move The vision before my eyes fade off and die. The ripples make me vertiginous Its musty and damp, but refreshing, yet bland. Here its relaxing, with Mother Nature abound. The yipping of wild animals, or the croaking of toads, The sound of the rustling leaves and the rippling tide Mother surrounds me with her welcoming arms. With all this comfort I feel calm and at ease, The damp earth beneath my toes, The cool breeze skimming the surface. Here is my heaven on earth, My country paradise.

PROCESS REFLECTION I found this photo through google, and it really caught my attention because I love nature, especially when there are shadows, light, trees and water involved. Through the poem I just thought to describe what I felt while looking at the photo, and what I felt was a tranquility, along with a relaxing sensation that I dont quite find in my everyday life.
