As oI today, I am starting to write down things I come out with in my head that I think are worth
knowing. I don`t even know how I come up with these philosophies but when I Iigure these
things out, I am happier than I have ever been.

O %elevision gives us such a Iake output on liIe. People on %' are all beautiIul and pretty
and Iine as hell but when you get to see them in person, you`re disappointed because they
don`t look the same. It`s all this make up and acting and altering oI images that gives
people a Ialse precept oI the lives oI celebrities. False gossip travels so Iast in magazines
that sometimes you even question yourselI. You wonder, can I look like her cause she is
so pretty and I bet guys want her? WELL I bet in reality that she is just like you, but with
low selI-esteem and selI worth because her image has to be changed all the time. I bet
when she sees herselI in a magazine, she`s disappointed because the picture doesn`t look
like her. II you really break it down and think about it like I am, you realized that the Ians
oI celebrities are the criticizers oI people who don`t Ieel good about themselves unless
someone tells them they are Iucking amazing. Celebrities need to be reassured about their
look everyday by someone who`s paid to tell them they look Iantastic when they really
look like shit! %hey have no private lives because people are Iorever 24/7 in their
business. And once you become a celebrity and are used to the limelight, when you go
back to being 'normal and when no paparazzi pays attention to you, your selI-esteem
will drop so damn low that you`re not going to know what hit you.

O While men are most likely to use physical abuse or violence to Ieel better about
themselves when they Ieel like they`ve been oIIended, women are most likely to use
emotional abuse. So when men are Ieeling down, they Ieel a need to hit something or
someone and to use their body. And when women are Ieeling down, they use their brains
and think oI how they can get into someone`s mind and make them Ieel worse about
themselves. We women are smart!
