Enrollment Schedule (FOR SBM STUDENTS ONLY): Oct 24-25, 2011 - Acctcy (All year levels)* and BSBA

(1st and 2nd year)* Oct 26-29, 2011 - All SBM courses, All year levels For Returnees/Transferees/Shiftees: Oct 27, 2011 - Evaluation of study load (Dean's Office) Oct 28, 2011 - Enrollment * assuming NO FAILED GRADES AND WITH COMPLETE GRADES ON REGISTRAR'S OFFICE GRADE SLIP n.b. - Registration starts 8:30am and closes at 5:00pm - no lunch break - will target 750 transactions per day

Enrollment route: 1. Get your grades at C302 and C303. 2. Proceed to C304 and C305 for your Study Loads 3. Pay PhP 200.00 for XUCPFA/PTA fund at C306 4. Refer above for year level enrollment schedule. If it's not your schedule yet, you will not be entertained in the encoding area. 5. Proceed to Engineering Building 2nd floor (waiting area) 6. Bring necessary documents to the Lab E for encoding of subjects 7. Have the schedules printed out, and signed by the faculty in-charge at Lab E. 8. Proceed to the Registrar for validation -end of enrolmentThings to bring: Study Load XUCPFA/PTA Receipt (PhP200.00) 1st Semester Grade Slip Green Form XU ID Reminders: 1. if the subject is not listed on your study load, the encoders will not give it to you. If you will insist on getting the subject, please go back to the evaluator and have it noted. 2. We will impose fines for lost requirements: PhP 50.00 for lost Study Load and PhP 200.00 for lost XUCPFA/PTA Receipt. SO DON'T LOSE THOSE REQUIREMENTS. 3. The registrar will start posting the schedules at schedule.xu.edu.ph soon, but you can also refer to the posting in this account for SBM subjects. Please refer to it for your schedule guidance. More tips for a hassle-free SBM enrollment: 1. Bring a handkerchief. To wipe away the grime and sweat in those waiting times before getting study loads. 2. Refer to the online schedule so you can plan out your schedule well, unless your an accountancy student (block sections) 3. Follow the set procedures to avoid delay, especially on the schedule by year level. 4. Respect the student leaders, they are volunteers and are aiming to provide you with a hassle-free enrollment also. 5. Stick to whatever is listed in your study load. the evaluators have painstakingly spent their time managing your subjects. unless you are a special case, visit the evaluator and have it changed. 6. if possible, prepare backup schedules for the subjects that might possible be closed. have a stress-free enrollment! :D
