1) SIPS_V5.

1_B07_Venkat – Unable to create a new user

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login with valid admin UserID and Password
2. Click on ‘Add User’ link
3. Enter all mandatory fields with valid information and click on
[Add User] button
4. Observe application

Observed Defect:
When clicked on [Add User] button blank page is displayed.

2) SIPS_V5.1_B07_Venkat – Getting ERROR ON PAGE when


clicked on New User [Submit button

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login with valid UserID and Password
2. Click on ‘New Customer’
3. Enter all mandatory fields with valid information and click on
[Submit] button
4. Observe application

Observed Defect:
When clicked on [Submit] button getting “ERROR ON PAGE” on
Status bar of the Browser

3) SIPS_V5.0.3_B04_Vrg – getting
java.lang.NullPointerException when clicked on [Submit] with
blank values.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login using Valid Userid and Password
2. Click on ‘New Customer’
3. Enter all mandatory fields with valid information and click on
[Submit] button
4. Observe application

Observed Defect:
When clicked on [Submit] button with blank values throwing
java.lang.NullPointerException

4) WBMS_V5.1_B07_Venkat - Administration–User Information
– Add – Enter Title and select “File”- Create Template-
UnrecovarableDatabaseException: java.sql.SQLException is
occurred

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login with valid UserID and Password
2. Click on [Admin] button
3. Click on [Add] Button
4. Enter Title and select a ‘file’ and Click on [Template] button
5. Observe POP UP window and Log Files

Observed Defect:
When clicked on [Create Template] button, POPUP window with
message “Error Rendering Page:
com.wbms.dbms.UnrecoverableDatabaseException:
java.sql.SQLException: I/O Error: More data in stream than
specified by length

java.sql.SQLException: Invalid state, the Connection object is


closed.
