Critique of a Questionnaire

(a) Look at the flow of the questions (it will help you immensely if you prepared a flowchart for the
same - use the example in the textbook for further reference). Then comment on the flow (it may or
may not require improvement, and you must comment on that).
(b) Look at each individual question and see if the question could have been asked in a better way
(for e.g., should a Semantic Differential scale have been used instead of a Likert scale? OR is the
wording of the question the best way to ask it?)
(c) Are all stated areas of information convered in the questionnaire? Given the decision maker's
objectives, are there any questions that should have been included to get additional data to help in
decision making.
(d) Finally, comment on the length of the questionnaire, keeping in mind the approximate time it will
take, and the ease of answering the questionnaire.
