CometPlayer Software License Agreement This agreement is a legal agreement between you and CometPlayer Development Grou p (CometPlayer)

with respect to the use of the CometPlayer Software (Software). By using the Software, you acknowledge that you and such use are bound by and su bject to the provisions of this agreement without modifications. If you do not a ccept these terms of use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Softwa re. 1. The Software is being licensed to you free of charge for your private persona l use only. The Software is licensed, not sold. You may use the Software for non -commercial purposes only. 2. You may not use the Software in support of any commercial entity or activity without the express written agreement of CometPlayer. By way of example, and not as a limitation, charging others to use the Software either directly or indirec tly, using the Software to sell any goods or services. 3. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treat ies, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You will not disa ssemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software. Any unauthorized reproduct ion or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may re sult in severe civil and criminal penalties. 4. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your use of the Software . You represent and warrant that you will use the Software only for lawful purpo ses and in accordance with this agreement, and that you will not use the Softwar e to violate any law, regulation or ordinance or any right of CometPlayer or any third party, including, without limitation, any right of privacy, publicity, co pyright, patent or trademark. CometPlayer will not be responsible for these acti vities. 5. The Software is distributed "AS IS". No warranty or any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. CometPlayer will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software. 6. If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nea rly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining porti ons shall remain in full force and effect.
