The COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a political subdivision ofthe State of California, hereinafter refered to as “County” is hereby made a party to this agreement forthe purposes set forth below. ‘Owner hereby certifies that he isthe record owner of certain real property (hereinafter ‘referred to as "Owners Property’) in the unincorporated area ofthe County of San Luis Obispo. Owner was issued Construction Permit add living area to an existing residence. 4, Owner certifies that the addition was builtin full compliance with the plans approved under Permit: ind with the "Los Osos Moratorium Bulletin.” 5. Owner agrees that the additional ving area authorized by Permit { will not be used as a sleeping room and acknowledges that such use would constitute @ misdemeanor. This covenant and agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the Owner, any future owners, their successors, heirs or assigns and shall continue in effect unless this covenant and agreement is canceled by the authority of the County of San Luis Obispo. Owner agrees to notify all prospective purchasers or transferees of Owner's Property ofthe restrictions ‘contained herein and to include such restrictions as deed restrictions running with the land in any future deed conveying Owner's Property. ‘The County shall have the right to enforce each and every provision of this agreement. In the event the Owner, his heirs, assigns or successors in interest shall fal to perform any obligation hereunder, Owner hereby agrees to pay all costs and expenses incurred by County securing performance of such obligation, including reasonable attomey's fees.
