Delta Corp is the largest Gaming and the only listed
company in this space.
Also an emerging player in the Real Estate segment
in East Africa where it is operating through a 40:60
JV with a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance
ndustries Limited. The Company has more than
80,000 shareholders and is actively traded on the
ndian Markets.
Among the 6 offshore live casino gaming licenses
issued by the Government of Goa, Delta owns and
operates 3 licenses, i.e Casino RoyaIe, CaraveIa
and Horseshoe (coming soon). These casinos offer
a variety of international games like Baccarat,
Poker, RouIette, BIack Jack, etc.,
Delta Corp has acquired 51 stake in an existing
Casino in Daman which will offer 1,000 gaming
positions (100 table games and 300 slot machines).
Delta also owns an in principle license to set up an
additional Casino in Daman. Over the past 2 years,
Company intends on consolidating its respective
position by adding casinos to its existing portfolio in
Goa, as well as expand its Gaming and
Entertainment presence in other destinations as and
when they open up in the near future.

HospitaIity
The Company has two projects in Goa that are expected to be completed in the near future. These are
The Dolphin Floatel, Goa's first floating hotel with 14 all-suite rooms and expected to commence
operations in FY 2012.
The Dolphin Floatel expects to be highly sought after by the 'high rolling' visitors. The Company is also
developing Marvel Resorts in Goa which is expected to launch by early 2014. When completed, Marvel
Resorts will have approximately 300 luxury rooms with around 20,000 sq.ft. gaming space.
n Daman, the Company is developing Thunderbird Resorts, one of the largest integrated resort in Daman,
spread over 10 acres. t will have 179 five-star rooms, a approximately 29,000 sq.ft. indoor event and
meeting area and around 70,000 sq.ft. outdoor pools and events area. Thunderbird Resorts is expected to
be operational by FY 2012.
As Company through its subsidiary continues to hold a 35% equity investment in Advani Hotels and
Resorts ndia Limited ("AHRL) which owns and operates Ramada Caravela Beach Resort in Goa.
Recent Activity
Delta Corp through its joint venture company - Delta Corp East Africa (DCEAL) has entered into binding
sale agreement with nternational Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the World Bank) for the sale
of its development in Kenya, the Delta Centre. The development is to be sold for an amount of
approximately US$ 22.8 million on terms and conditions mutually agreed between the parties.
