INTERNAL FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH: Administrative Logistics Production Technical Purchasing

PUBLIC RELATIONS: the Sales and Marketing is the company contact and responsible person in front of the customers regarding any issue/information concerning quotations and open orders.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Makes the official price offers to the final customers. Receives the orders from the customers and delivers them to Production Department. Supervises the open orders in Production. Confirms the open orders to the customers. Maintains permanent contact with the customers. Optimises the goods stock (customer parts). Assists the Plant Manager to search and contact potential new customers in Romania. Monthly Sales Order Intake Report.
