In reIerence oI your letter no ------------ dated--------------------------, i mentioned in my earlier

letter that i have lost my mobile in bull ring area and i came to know when i was leaving it. It
was 8-10-2011 time 3:50. AIter all oI the necessary checking i rushed to the t mobile centre
to block hand set and sim. On next day i went to the said shopping centre again and met with
the administration block, but there response was in negative. I have been told that in my
assurance policy that i must inIorm them within 24 hours. When the bull ring department
respond me in negative then i become sure that now i lost it completely so on that day i start
writing to the insurance department.

I am a Iull time student and with out oI mobile it is very hard Ior me to remain in contact with
my Iamily, and solve my online problems as will, i will be very glad iI my problem is solved
