    Items financed by the Green Fund may include infrastructure and efficiency improvement projects, ongoing internships, scholarships and research grants for students, or any other environmental initiative proposed by university students, faculty or staff. The Green Fund would be supported by a student increase, not to exceed $5.00 per regular semester. A campus committee with majority student representation would oversee the Green Fund."
