(C) SEC DEF, in consultation with SECSTATE, authorizes the following talking points for AMEMBASSY STOCKHOLM after completion of OP LURKER: 3. (C) Assanges whereabouts are not a U.S. matter. U.S. stands ready to assist GOVT OF SWEDEN, if requested, to locate and apprehend Assange. GOVT OF SWEDEN has made no such request at this time. 4.
