_____ Note specific contractor/subcontractor responsibilities: _____ Appropriate fringe benefit rate for each classification of worker must be paid: in cash, or into an approved plan that is part of a bargaining agreement or contractors own plan. _____ Time and one-half must be paid for all hours worked over 40 hours in one week. _____ Weekly certified payrolls must be submitted by the contractor and all subs not later than seven (7) days following the pay period. _____ Davis-Bacon poster, with appropriate wage determination stapled onto it, must be displayed prominently at the job site.
