Rent Agreement

I___________________ hereby agree to rent one bedroom and

bathroom sharing Kitchen with entrance at side of premises at Lot
31 West Greater Portmore and adhere to all the rules listed
hereafter.
I agree to pay a monthly rental of nine thousand dollars
($9,000.00) which will include water. The light will be shared at
____________percentage.
In the first instance I will pay one month deposit and one month
rent totaling Eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000.00). The
deposit will be held as security until I have vacated the premises
and it is found in good order.
As a tenant sharing the premises:
1. There should be no dining table in the kitchen only a Stove,
Washing Machine and a fridge.
2. There should be no loud noise to disturb neighbors.
3. Rent should be paid no later than three days after due date.
4.

No second party should live on the premises as it was rented

as a single person without a child. Therefore the keys should
not be given to any else to enter the premises at any time
unless there is an emergency.

5.

The kitchen sink should be kept clean at all times. No

garbage should be stored in the kitchen.

6. No other person should be left on the premises if the tenant

is not there.

If any of the above is not adhered to a notice to quit the

premises will be issued.
