clerk - 2 clerks are promoted and transferred to rani bagh branch and
three clerks are appointed as company needs diversification

In 1989
%here is one post vacant for head cashier which we can fill through nternaI
recruitment like
1. we can promote a clerk for that job
2. or like there is excess in substaff so we can promote them for their higher level job
and so we can recruit higher level employees.
3. As this process is cheaper to recruit so we can do this in head cahier case.
4. %hese employees are familiar with the company
5. As this is the position for cashier so employee should be trustworthy , so in this case
company would prefer internal recruitment
