    AOV Installation Instructions

    Components Ensure that all parts are correct 1 set normally consists of o ACK44 actuator 1 support Small parts package Template o BJP41/A conversion plate Screws for conversion plate, 3no M5 x 16 machine screws with lock-nuts (not supplied with plate) Correct chain pin part no 224455

    Installation For outward opening windows: Mark frame and sash with template o Mark centre line of sash o Mark 30mm from centre of sash onto outerframe o Fit support bracket to conversion plate o Fit one end bracket o Fit conversion plate to outerframe, using 3 M5 screws (not supplied with system) to fit conversion plate Fit bracket to sash and actuator to outer frame o Ensure that Connect the two with the chain pin Adjust opening distance Connect to power supply Check and test o The whole system should be tested/commissioned with the client and then signed-off
