Palak Panneer or Tofu

16 Oz. Frozen Cut Spinach


8 Oz. Firm Tofu or Panneer
1 med. Onion Finely Chopped or Shredded
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped or tbs. garlic paste
1 to 2 tbs. Gram Masala
1 tbs Red Chilli Powder
1tbs Dhanajiru powder
tbs turmeric powder
2-3 tbs Oil or Butter
Salt per taste
cup Tomato Puree Optional
Direction:
Defrost Spinach and then cook for 5 minutes in Microwave with Cup of water or less.
Blend the cooked spinach.
Remove all water from Tofu and dry on paper towel. Cut Tofu into inches cubes and
stir fry in pan with oil or butter or bake in oven until golden brown.
In a nonstick pan add oil or butter and stir fry Onion, garlic, and all masala for 3 to 4
minutes. Add blended spinach and golden brown tofu cubes. Stir on the medium heat for
2 to 3 minutes. Optional: Add cup of Tomato Puree.
