Proposal for e2i Introduction e2i is a co-curricular activity (CCA) set up with the purpose of nurturing talents in the

fields of programming, design and marketing. Enthusiasts who join as members will be provided with a conducive environment for them to explore new skills and interact with other members sharing the same interest. As the CCA matures over time, it will strive toward being able to work with social organizations to produce useful tools (in form of a website, an advertisement or application etc), thus benefitting the society at large. Operation e2i will function mainly on two CCA days: Section Training (Fixed date & Compulsory) Team Project (Student-initiated and occurs only when a project is being assigned)

The committee meetings will be held separately from the CCA days as shown above. The EXCO meeting will be held at least once monthly while the ALCO meeting will be held at least once every half a year. The PRCO meeting will only be held if necessary. How e2i works: 1. Every section-training day, sub-section leaders together with experienced members will mentor their junior members (in the same sub-section) on skills and techniques relevant to their area of specialization. 2. Members from different sub-sections will be randomly assigned to each to a project team. The team will work together on team project days to complete projects entrusted to them.
