Preparation Guidelines
Labelling of Portfolio Cover Name and Matric Number should be clearly labeled on a separate white A7 cardboard securely tied to the handle of the portfolio. (Font Size should be 24, Font Type as Arial and highlighted in bold) Studio Group/Tutor Name (LEVEL 3, P3) and the word FRONT (Font Size should be 24 and highlighted in bold) should be pasted on the spine with an arrow indicating the front of the portfolio. Portfolio Content Sheet The content sheet (A4) should be pasted on the inner-face of the portfolio front cover. List down clearly the projects title and arrange them according to the years in reversed chronological order. Please refer to the attached document Portfolio Content Page. Project Design Briefs All design briefs should be included and placed in front of each respective project drawings. Photographs of Models All projects should include photographs of models. Separation of projects of different years All projects of different years should be clearly marked and separated. Touching-up of drawings This is the chance to touch up all previous projects (especially year 3 projects) if you have not already done so. All other design related activities Other design related works (e.g. competitions and assignments) should also be included under a separate section.
