NATIONAL SYNTHETIC UNDERCOAT

DESCRIPTION Alkyd based, non absorbent, intermediate coat. It gives maximum enamel hold out and has excellent opacity. May be overcoated with National Enamel finishes or National Emulsion based paints. Undercoat on all interior and exterior paint work. To be applied on Red Oxide primer applied surface.
