NARRATIVE
SEE RELATED CASE #298073Y.(COMP STATED THAT ON 11/11/11 AT APPROX 10:20PM AN UNK SUSP STRUCK THE COMP IN THE FACE WITH A CLOSED FIST CAUSING THE COMP PAIN AND BODILY INJURY AS THE COMP OBSERVED THE SUSP INTENTIONALLY DAMAGING THE COMPS VEHICLE. COMP STATED THAT HE WAS WALKING TO HIS VEHICLE WHEN HE OBSERVED THE SUSP (W/MAPPROX 6'2" 200LBS WITH DARK BEAR WEARING A BASEBALL HAT) BENDING OVER NEAR HIS VEHICLE. COMP STATED HE YELLED AT THE SUSP TO GET AWAY FROM HIS VEHICLE AS HE APPROACHED THE SUSP. COMP STATED THAT THE SUSP THEN STRUCK HIM IN THE FACE WITH A CLOSED FIST, CAUSING THE COMPS NOSE TO BLEED AS WELL AS THE COMP TO FAL TO THE GROUND AT WHICH TIME HE LANDED ON HIS SHOULDER AND HIS HEAD CONTACTED THE CONCRETE CAUSING COMPS LEFT EAR TO BLEED. SUSP THEN FLED IN AN UNK DIRECTION. COMP THEN MADE IT BACKTO 3000 KNIGHT STREET AT WHICH TIME PD WAS CALLED. RO'S THEN WENT TO COMPS VEHICLE TO VIEW ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE SUSP. AT THAT TIME RO'S OBSERVE THE WORDS "FUCK COULTER" THAT WERE KEYED INTO THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT AND REAR DOOR. THERE WAS ALSO MULTIPLE MARKS IN THE PAINT WHERE IT APPEARED ROCKS HAD BEEN THROWN AT THE VEHICLE. COMP REFUSED PES TO THE LOCATION. COMP WAS TREATED AND RELEASED AT THE LOCATION DFR 11.
