Roll the bread slices flat with a rolling pin or press with hands . Midhe cream cheese, egg yolk and 1/4 cup of-the sugu in a bowl. Spread about 1 tablespoon on each bread slice and roll up tightly . Mix the remaining 1 cup sugar and the cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Brush each roll-up with melted buner and roll in the cinnamon-sugar. Arrange on a baking sheer. Chill or freeze for at least 2 hours . Preheat the' oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or umil golden brown. Serve warm.
